Reliable Home Health Care, Inc. (RHHC) is a licensed home health agency service Los Angeles and Ventura County.
Home-bound patients in need of skilled nursing, rehabilitative, and supportive services enjoy our quality and
cost-effective home health services. Our goal is to improve their quality of life and promote health. We’re dedicated
to achieving optimal outcomes for our patients.
RHHC is a home care team made up of Registered Nurses. Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides, Physical,
Occupational, and Speech Therapists, and Medical Social Workers.
Our Visits
frequency, duration, and quality of home health visits are guided by and measured using the physician-approved plan of care.

Payment for Services
Services provided by RHHC are on a fee-for-service basis. Most patients are covered by health insurance and state or federal programs. If these programs cover only a portion of the cost or decline any eligibility of the patient,the patient is responsible and is billed for the service.
